Obamalicious Lashes…

Monday night my husband, sisters and i went to a Stevie Wonderfull Inauguration party. I didn’t want to go to a ball (that’s not my thing) but I did want to party and why not go to a party that plays Stevie Wonder songs all night?! It was so much fun and we danced and sang until it got too hot to take it anymore. In honor of President Obama I decided to go for some playful makeup accessories for the party (I mean, I was wearing a blinged out Obama tee for the party…why not?!). My choice…

Make Up For Ever full strip lashes in a blue and black swoop, how Obamalicious are these?!

This is what they looked like when my eyes are closed. I had my right eye on slightly crooked but once they were on, they were on for the night! And it wasn’t that noticeable. The lashes were pretty extreme (although my husband and my father-in-law didn’t notice until I actually pointed them out!).

The lashes were light and easy to apply. I will definitely do them again and try other styles for fun. I felt like I was another person with them on and I loved batting my eyelashes all night. It was absolutely fun and totally worth it.
