A long time ago I signed up to get a free bottle of Essie ‘Pama’ nail polish. The polish was in honor of Pama Pomegranate Liquor. I signed up and promptly forgot about it. Then in the mail over the holidays it showed up at my door with a little card showing me drink recipes using Pama Liquor (which I have to try because I love pomegranate anything).

I waited until very recently to try this polish on and now I wondered why I waited so long! This red is absolutely GORGEOUS and it lasted without a single chip for 7 days. That’s unheard of – especially with red polish.
The red is a classic creme red and it went on nicely in two coats. It was glossy and gorgeous and I continously looked at my nails the entire week. Unfortunately, Essie isn’t selling this color on their website! If I find out that they are, I’ll definitely let you know. But if you’re looking for another great Essie red, you should definitely try Pepperoni. The name even makes me giggle.
