For a long time I’ve been aware of Poppy King’s fabulous line of lipstick called Lipstick Queen. She has the ultimate opaque, semi-matte lipstick that is color rich called ‘Sinner’ and the sheerest of sheer glossy color in her ‘Saint’ line. When I knew I was going to NYC for Christmas to visit the in-laws for the holidays, I made my husband promise to take me to Barney’s to get a little Lipstick Queen for myself.
I picked up Sinner in Berry – I mean I am a bit devilish – and boy did it deliver. The color is deep and it feels so creamy and rich on your lips. It’s definitely a treat for your pout. I’m adding this one to my list of My 100.
Revlon has also recently created a line of matte lipstick but they didn’t have any colors available that I would want to try. I’ll let you know once I do find a good shade.
