As a child I always knew I wanted to be the boss. My nickname growing up was Bossy Boss and when I got to college it was Napoleon (I was told because I’m short and at times I ran a dictatorship). And even though I’m a bit bossy and brash, I think I’m a pretty good boss that wants to get the most out of those who work for/with her and I attempt to reward everyone when there is a job well done.
