I’ve told ya’ll I’m on a budget, right? It’s been KILLING ME! Curbing my shopping habits has been painful but after working very hard over the last two months I finally got the opportunity to splurge this weekend, but don’t worry I didn’t buy those Louboutins…
I have been a bit mad at TJ Maxx and Marshall’s after I lost the Love Affair of the Sole Contest. I really wanted that shoe shopping spree, so I’ve been avoiding browsing their shoe isle but this weekend I helped a friend go shopping for her new job and I couldn’t help browse the shoe isle at TJ Maxx since we’re the same size.
So to my surprise and delight I found the Frye Avery Toe Ring sandal. Frye shoes at TJ Maxx?! Really? So I thought these would be a great replacement for my worn out leather flip flops and for $50 for Frye, sign me up. What made it even more of a great buy…on the Frye website they are $168. That’s a savings of $118! HOT DAMN. I only wish I could’ve gotten them in the gorgeous green shade that they have on their site, but I’m not going to complain.
I may have to give up on my TJ Maxx/Marshalls boycott now.
