Friday, February 5, 2010 the snow started at about 11am. It didn’t stop until Saturday, February 6 around 6pm. I don’t know how many inches of snow this was but I know that it came above my knees. INSANITY!
Did I mention that we’re expecting more snow on Tuesday AND Wednesday (I’m mad because I was going to NYC Wednesday morning for a very cool event and I don’t think that will happen now)?! The roads are bad, the Metro isn’t fully functioning, the federal government is closed along with every school system surrounding the DC area (DC is not closed), and my back went out while I was getting cookies out of the oven (not because I was shoveling snow). Sigh…I think I’ll be in the house for a while.
