I’m on a small golf hiatis. I haven’t played in a week, there’s just been too much going on in my life to make a little time to play (sad, but true). While I was in my office this weekend, I reached for a book and saw this adorable Golf Cart Clock on our bookcase.
I gave a very similar version of the one pictured above to my husband for Christmas one year. It sat on his desk for a very long time at his old job. Now I believe he has a Golf Zen Garden on his desk (that I highly doubt brings any zen to his stressful day). It was just something cute and playful to share as a gift idea for the golfer in your life…or for you.

The other day I played with a women who had a gorgeous orange push cart, orange balls, and the cutest orange printed capris I had ever seen. Absolutely fabulous was what came to mind, so I quickly started researching carts for myself!
My problem with carts is that if I use on at a course, they’re usually made for men and are a bit too cumbersome and tall for me (I’m only 5ft 4inches…). Plus, who wants a boring black cart? If I’m going to get one, I want one with some type of color and pizazz!
One of the carts that I found and love is the Sun Mountain Speed Cart. It comes in red and pink and it’s super sleek. The brackets craddle your bag so that you don’t even have to strap it in! It’s ergonomic and it folds down easily so that you can pop it in the trunk of your car. It’s other features include a storage tray with magnetic lid, tee and ball holders, a scorecard and pencil holder, a swiveling beverage holder and umbrella mount and storage. They’ve crammed a lot into one little cart.
I know it’s a bit pricey, but it’s something that I’ll use over and over again since I play 9 after work almost every week during the summer. So it’s an investment in my golf future.
Have a great weekend and I hope you get a chance to get out and play!

I enjoy a comfy t-shirt, who doesn’t? I also like ones that have cute logos or slogans on them. One of my favorites is Life is Good, with a picture of a teed up golf ball.
Right now the women’s tee is on sale at Golf Galaxy, but if you don’t want the tee you can always pick up a mug, or a novelty golf ball.
I think it’s just a nice reminder.

I only have one post today, I had a late night…sorry.
I absolutely love beautiful clubs. There’s something about a gorgeous driver, a beautiful wedge or a pretty putter. I played with a women who owned a Musty Putter, and I was amazed at how beautiful they were.
Musty Putters are custom wood putters that are crafted to your specifications and have beautiful wood patterns and designs. I’ve seen a lovely zebra like patterned wood that I swooned over for the 9 holes we played together. Although many people think of them as novelties, they’re actually very easy to play with. But I just love how beautiful they are.
A beautiful sport deserves beautiful equipment.

I saw this skort and immediately fell in love. The Puma Patterned Skirt with built in shorts isn’t described as a skort. It’s too modern and sleek for that title. It’s described as a skirt with built in shorts.
I want to describe it as something wonderful. I love the grey pattern with the golf ball pattern thrown in here and there. It’s the epitome of modern cool for the golf course. It’s traditional but with a very modern twist.
Very stylish. Very cool.
