I haven’t seen much or had much to write about in the world of golf style lately. I’ve been waiting to find lots of wonderful things to share, but I just haven’t found as much as I would like out there. So, if you know of something or a site that might peak my interest, leave it in the comments (the 2 of you that read this blog) and perhaps I’ll get back on the golf blogging wagon.
For now, you can definitely find me at The Art of Accessories.

The other day my husband and I went to East Potomac Golf Course after work. It’s a fairly inexpensive public golf course with 1 9 hole course and two 18 hole courses. We were going just to hit a few balls at the range when we bumped into a friend and realized the course was eerily empty for a Thursday after work, so we decided to play a quick 9. I was dressed for the range, not to play, but at East Potomac they don’t care what you play in.
I had on the Underarmour HeatGear short sleeve t-shirt in glacier blue with a pair of khaki shorts. It was a hot evening and it was probably the best thing I could’ve worn on the course. I felt cool and light and wasn’t even thinking about how much I was sweating or how uncomfortable I was, because I wasn’t! I love these t-shirts to work out in because they’re thin and light but feel like cotton. Now if they could just make this with a collar, I’d be set for wherever we play!

I know that we’re entering into fall, but I love playing in a great pair of shorts and a long sleeve polo and golf jacket. Something about the crisp fall air compared to the oppressive humidity of July and August in DC is just refreshing. I’m not as worn out at the end of a round as I am in the summer.
I have a couple of basic long sleeve polos and I wanted to find a cute pair of bermuda shorts to pair with it for the fall. I immediately fell in love with Pink Tee’s Floral Bermuda Shorts.
The floral print is a bit wild but I love the classic black and white print and the red band. Add a red hat and I’m cute as a button for a weekend of 18. I can’t wait for fall to be in full swing!

I enjoy a comfy t-shirt, who doesn’t? I also like ones that have cute logos or slogans on them. One of my favorites is Life is Good, with a picture of a teed up golf ball.
Right now the women’s tee is on sale at Golf Galaxy, but if you don’t want the tee you can always pick up a mug, or a novelty golf ball.
I think it’s just a nice reminder.

I saw this skort and immediately fell in love. The Puma Patterned Skirt with built in shorts isn’t described as a skort. It’s too modern and sleek for that title. It’s described as a skirt with built in shorts.
I want to describe it as something wonderful. I love the grey pattern with the golf ball pattern thrown in here and there. It’s the epitome of modern cool for the golf course. It’s traditional but with a very modern twist.
Very stylish. Very cool.
