A Forever 21 First For Me

Forever 21 Oxfords
Yesterday I wore these floral print oxfords from Forever 21 with pink/lavender tights and a brown dress. I got lots of comments about them at work. Lots. I wasn’t in the mood to take outfit pics when I got home after work (sorry) and it was about to rain anyway.

I randomly had a $20 gift card for Forever 21 and I’ve never bought clothes from there, so I decided to give their inexpensive accessories a try. I’m always down for a new pair of shoes even if they only cost me $20. Plus, I’ve been wanting a pair of unique oxfords ever since menswear became the hot trend, but I hadn’t found a pair that I loved enough to spend the money on.

I loved these more in person than I did on the website. They’re just funky enough and the brown, pink, rust and gold floral print will go with so many things in my closet! Plus, did I mention they were only $20? My only complaint, they only come in whole sizes and I never know if I should go up or down (I’m a 7 1/2). I bought the 8. I probably could’ve bought the 7 but then what if they pinched my toes and then they were sold out in the 8 when I wanted to do an exchange? That’s exactly why whole sizes make me hostile.

I’m just glad they fit and are cute as pie.

Has anyone else bought shoes from Forever 21? How are the heels? I’m curious.

  1. I have the same sizing issue with the heels, but overall I like the shoes I’ve bought from them. They are trendy and of the moment. I wouldn’t buy the faux leather shoes. For some reason they look extra fake, but the faux suede shoes are just fine.

I had my eye on those floral oxfords, and from the look of this picture, you are RIGHT! They are much better in person! super cute.
