Back In Business

I have shared my love for my iPad on this blog since the day I got it a year ago. It helped me multi-task (blogging in the car anyone?) and stay on top of all the things in my life. So when my beloved Pierre was stolen a few weeks ago just shy of his first birthday I was devastated to say the least. I know many of you might laugh or think it’s trivial to love a piece of technology but Pierre was kind of like my kid. I took him everywhere and used him EVERY SINGLE DAY. I felt like I lost my arm when he was gone.

So who is this pictured? Well…this week Paddington Pierre Johnson arrived and although he’s not my original Pierre I’m learning how to love again. And this means I’ll be blogging mobile again. YAY! I’ve missed uploading images on my commute into work and crafting posts on my way in. I’m so happy to be back!

  1. I know what you mean. I love my iPhone. That really sucks yours got stolen. I’d be worried about losing personal data and notes. Hopefully you were backed up! Yay for a new iPad!

    • My old iPad had that background and a skin on it that said the same thing. I bought it from and when you make an order you get the backgound image too!

    • Fajr, I pretty much name anything. My car, my electronics, some pairs of shoes. I feel like everything has a personality so they need a name!

  2. OMG! So sorry to hear about Pierre being stolen 😦 But now our ipads are twins and not just distant cousins lol I love that back ground image and Paddington is a super cute name. I have yet to find a name for my baby but i’m going to ask for suggestions from you lol .

  3. I thought of you when last Friday at my company Christmas party, we received our ipad’s! We welcomed Alfred into the family with open arms!!! =)
