I don’t remember the first time I had a Rainier or white cherry, but I do remember when my husband had them for the first time. It was like I was introducing a crackhead to crack and I got him hooked really bad.
I’m not a huge cherry eater but I love it when white cherries are in season. They’re just so sweet and delicious, way better than traditional cherries in my opinion.
I don’t even cook with these, I don’t think they’d last long enough in my kitchen to even attempt to bake something. If you haven’t tried them, you must. They’re a summer treat.
